Aliguay Island is a small, flat coralline island and barangay in Dapitan City, Zamboanga del Norte, in the southern Philippines, lying in the Sulu Sea off the northwest coast of Mindanao.

It is surrounded by white‑sand beaches, clear turquoise waters, and healthy coral reefs, and is officially designated as a marine sanctuary and protected area managed in part by the Philippine Navy and local authorities.

The island has a small resident population that relies mostly on fishing and small‑scale tourism, and facilities are limited, with only a few cottages, a small swimming pool, basic food service, and a restaurant famous for fresh seafood rather than full‑resort amenities.

Visitors usually reach Aliguay via a one‑hour boat ride from Dakak Park and Beach Resort in Dapitan, and they come mainly for snorkeling, scuba diving, island‑hopping, and a quiet, low‑development tropical getaway rather than a busy resort scene.
