Āraiši Lake Dwelling Archaeological Park in the Vidzeme Region of Latvia is a unique open-air museum featuring the reconstructed remains of a 9th–10th century fortified settlement of the ancient Latgalian people, located on a small island in a lake.

The park showcases around 14 reconstructed wooden buildings based on archaeological findings of about 151 original structures and thousands of artifacts, offering visitors an authentic glimpse into the daily life and building traditions of Iron Age inhabitants. The site includes a visitor center with exhibitions displaying original artifacts and the story of archaeologist Jānis Apals, who led excavations revealing this well-preserved settlement.

The park also includes reconstructions of Stone and Bronze Age dwellings on a nearby island, and ruins of a 14th-century stone castle along the lakeshore. Āraiši Lake Dwelling Archaeological Park is not only important archaeologically but also provides educational programs, guided tours, and cultural events, making it a significant heritage site and popular tourist destination in Latvia.
