Bagatao Island Lighthouse is a historic colonial‑era lighthouse standing on the southern tip of Bagatao Island at the eastern entrance to Sorsogon Bay in the province of Sorsogon, Philippines.

It is under the jurisdiction of the municipality of Magallanes, with the island’s barangays Biga and Behia overseeing the site. The lighthouse features a 29‑foot‑tall white cylindrical iron tower set on a rocky headland, giving it a total light elevation of about 135 feet so it can mark the bay’s entrance and help ships navigate the bend around Ticao Island and the San Bernardino Strait toward the Pacific Ocean.

Originally built under the U.S. colonial government’s lighthouse program in the early 1900s, the original tower still stands today, now fitted with a modern solar‑powered lamp operated and maintained by the Philippine Coast Guard, making it both a functional aid to navigation and a quiet coastal landmark popular with visitors.
