Bolila Island is a small, ecologically rich island located in the southern part of the municipality of Hinoba-an in Negros Occidental, Philippines, known as a haven of exquisite marine ecology.

The island is home to 16 species of mangroves and more than 10 species of corals, and it lies within the same marine key biodiversity area and network of marine protected areas as nearby Danjugan Island, making it an important sanctuary for coral reefs, mangroves, seagrass beds, and diverse marine life.

It is situated near Barangay Asia, with the port for accessing the island located in Barangay Bacuyangan, and the island is described as a hidden gem with stunning natural beauty but remains a relatively undiscovered and less-developed destination compared to more famous Philippine islands. Bolila Island does not appear to have major resorts or heavy tourism infrastructure, and it is primarily valued for its natural marine environment rather than typical beach resort amenities.
