Cabongaoan Beach is a pristine white‑sand beach located in the town of Burgos on the western coast of Pangasinan province, facing the South China Sea.

It is known for its fine golden to pale‑pinkish sand, clear turquoise to deep‑blue water, and scattered rock formations that create natural pools and striking photo‑spots along the shore. The beach is especially famous for the nearby Depth or Death Pool, a natural rock‑pool that fills with water at high tide and is popular for swimming and cliff‑jumping, located about a 20‑minute walk away.

Access is relatively remote, requiring a long drive from Manila and then a tricycle ride from Burgos town, but the low‑cost visit, lack of an entrance fee, and dramatic sunsets over the water make it a favorite off‑the‑beaten‑track getaway for locals and adventurous travelers.
