Calintaan Island is a small, inhabited island located in the town of Matnog in Sorsogon Province, in the Bicol Region of the Philippines, covering approximately 3.11 square kilometers with a coastline of about 12 kilometers.

The island is famous for its unique semi-pink sand beach called Subic Beach, where the sand is a distinctive mixture of white sand and crushed red pipe corals, making it an emerging tourist destination in the Bicol Region. The island has its own source of fresh water and electricity supplied through a power line connected to mainland Luzon, with a small community residing there.

It sits in the Samar Sea near the San Bernardino Strait, has a tropical rainforest climate with average temperatures around 23°C, and is accessible by a 30-45 minute boat ride from Matnog town.
