Cogon Beach is a serene hidden paradise located in Sitio Cogon, Barangay Balacson, Kawayan, Biliran Island in the Philippines' Visayas region, known for its tranquil setting and beautiful natural cove.

The beach lies on a natural cove that is approximately 15 minutes by boat from the town of Kawayan and is inaccessible by land except by motorbike, making it a secluded getaway. Unlike typical white sand beaches, Cogon Beach is made of coral stones rather than fine white sand, and from this beach, visitors can clearly see the island of Maripipi across the water.

The beach is a favorite spot for freedivers, offering excellent conditions for fun-diving activities, and is considered a freediver's haven in Biliran. There are two main Cogon Beach locations in the area: one is Luzaias Cogon Beach in Sitio Cogon, Brgy. Balacson, with entrance fees of ₱100-200 for tables and ₱300 for cottages, and another is Cogon Beach Resort in Sitio Balaring, Brgy. Balacson, which offers luxury beachfront relaxation with two large free-form swimming pools, swim-up pool bar, Jacuzzi, and waterslide.

The area provides peaceful surroundings perfect for soothing weary souls, though swimming can be challenging during low tides due to shallow seashores requiring visitors to wade further to swim. The clear view of Maripipi island from the beach is notable, and when the tip of Maripipi's mountain is visible, it traditionally signals calm seas for crossing, while cloud-covered mountain tips indicate high waves.
