Collibra Island
Philippines , Philippines
Collibra Island, usually spelled Colibra and sometimes called Snake Island or Camaso Island, is a small, privately managed island off the coast of Barangay Tambobong in Dasol, Pangasinan, northern Philippines.
It lies about 8 kilometers from the mainland across the West Philippine Sea, with a short boat ride of roughly 20–30 minutes from Tambobong Beach. The island covers about two hectares of coralline rock and creamy white sand, with a tiny, rocky interior that visitors can walk around in under an hour, and shallow turquoise waters that are good for swimming and simple snorkeling.
It is known for its clear seas, photogenic sandy coves, and a relaxed, low‑infrastructure feel, with basic nipa huts and cottages for shade, a small store selling drinks and snacks, and a light entrance and boat‑docking fee collected by the managing resort.
