Dicotcotan Beach is a secluded, pristine three-kilometer stretch of fine white sand located in Barangay San Isidro, Palanan, Isabela, in the Cagayan Valley region of the Philippines.

Nestled between the Sierra Madre mountains and the Pacific Ocean, it features crystal-clear blue water, coral reefs, sea grass beds, and a coastal forest, making it a hidden gem ideal for nature lovers and adventure seekers. The beach is rich in marine life, with frequent sightings of dolphins, whales, sea turtles (pawikan), tuna, and various fish and shellfish that visitors can observe while snorkeling or even from the surface.

It has historical significance as a 16th-century trading post for Japanese merchants allied with the native Ibanag people and was the site of the 1582 Cagayan battles between Spanish soldiers and Japanese ronin. Due to its isolated location, reaching Dicotcotan Beach is challenging—it can only be accessed by air taxis or boats with irregular schedules, which helps keep it unspoiled and free from crowded tourist crowds.

The area has limited electricity and no cell coverage, offering a true off-the-grid experience where visitors can enjoy sunbathing, beach volleyball, camping, swimming, and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets in a tranquil natural setting. Basic cottages are available for rent, and travelers often bring their own food or arrange for locals to cook freshly caught seafood.
