Gigantillo Island is a small islet part of the Gigantes Islands (Islas de Gigantes) chain in Carles, Iloilo province, Philippines, located in the Visayan Sea roughly 18 kilometers northeast of Panay Island.

The Gigantes group consists of about ten islands and islets, with Gigantillo situated southeast of the largest island, Gigantes Norte, alongside two other minor islets called Bulubadiang and Gigantuna. The entire Gigantes Islands area is known for its stunning natural features including white-sand beaches, limestone forests, caves, crystal-clear turquoise waters, diverse marine life, and unique rock formations, making it a pristine but underrated tropical paradise in the Philippines.

The site is classified as a high urgent conservation priority due to its rich biodiversity, including endemic species like the Gekkonid Lizard and Island Forest Frog. While Gigantillo itself is a small islet without major tourist facilities mentioned separately, it is part of this scenic island group where visitors enjoy island hopping, snorkeling, swimming, and exploring attractions like the nearby Tangke Saltwater Lagoon and Bantigue Island's sandbar.
