Însua Beach (Praia da Ínsua) is a picturesque and tranquil oceanic beach located at the northernmost end of the long 1.2-kilometer stretch of Afife Beach in Afife, Viana do Castelo District, in northern Portugal's Costa Verde region.

The beach is surrounded by natural dunes that beautify the landscape and protect it from strong winds, creating a clean and serene environment with calm waters. It's particularly popular with children because small tidal pools form between the rocks at low tide, making it an ideal spot for exploration.

Însua Beach holds EEC Blue Flag status for water quality and offers amenities including lifeguard surveillance, sun umbrella and hat rentals, showers, outdoor parking that accommodates cars and motorhomes, a bar, and a restaurant. While the beach is well-attended and popular, it maintains a peaceful atmosphere, though some visitors note the presence of seaweed and relatively small waves.

The average summer seawater temperature is 15-16°C, and the beach is regularly visited by surf enthusiasts. For accommodation, visitors often stay in nearby Viana do Castelo, which offers various options and easy access to other regional attractions.
