The Itabashi Botanical Garden, officially known as the Tokyo-To Itabashi Kuritsu Nettai Kankyō Shokubutsukan or Tropical Environmental Plants Museum (Green Dome Nettaikan), is an indoor botanical garden located at 8-29-2 Takashimadaira in Itabashi, Tokyo, Japan.

This 1,000 m² museum-type facility recreates the tropical rainforests of Southeast Asia inside a greenhouse and cold room, allowing visitors to experience and learn about tropical environments from the ocean floor to the alpine zone. The first floor features three vegetation zones: the Intertidal Vegetation Zone with 700 kinds of plants, the Tropical Lowlands Zone with a gigantic sea fig, and the Village Landscape Zone surrounded by tropical fruit trees and palm trees.

The second floor houses the Cloud Forest Zone with cooler-temperature plants like rhododendrons, orchids, and nepenthes. In the basement, a mini aquarium displays around 150 species of fish native to Southeast Asia, including large freshwater fish from South America. The garden is open daily from 10:00 to 18:00 with admission until 17:30, and costs 410 yen for adults and 80 yen for elementary and junior high school students.
