Lahuy Island is a picturesque island located in the Philippine Sea off the northern coast of the Caramoan Peninsula in Camarines Sur, Bicol Region, Philippines, under the jurisdiction of the municipality of Caramoan.

The island has an approximate area of 18.97 square kilometers (about 7.32 square miles) with a coastline of roughly 35.11 kilometers (21.82 miles), and it is shaped like a bone with a flat-hilly terrain that rises to about 160 meters above sea level in the interior. Lahuy Island features pristine white sand beaches, particularly at Sitio Nipa Beach on its southeastern tip, which is described as an "island paradise without a resort" with sugary fine sands, blue ocean water, and unspoiled greenery from forests, farmlands, and prairies.

The island has four barangays—Daraga, Gata, Gogon, and Oring—which are rural villages with a 2020 population of 6,168 people who primarily live from fishing, with smaller agricultural areas in the island's interior. The coastline is characterized by sand beaches and limestone rock formations, with numerous smaller coral reefs and seagrass beds offshore, while the southern coastline has larger mangrove forests covering about 40 hectares.
