Mabilao is a barangay (village) in the municipality of San Fabian in Pangasinan province, Ilocos Region, on the island of Luzon in the Philippines, with about 2,977 residents according to the 2020 census.

It sits at low elevation—roughly 4–6 meters above sea level—near the coast, just 1–2 minutes from the National Highway and the beach and 3–4 minutes from San Fabian’s town proper, making it highly accessible to North Luzon, Baguio, and La Union.

The area is known for its coastal location and nearby beaches like San Fabian Open Beach (with warm waters and affordable amenities), Bolasi Beach (prized for natural beauty), and Tondaligan Blue Beach (renowned for cleanliness and sunset views), as well as beach resorts such as Happy Ripples Beach Resort with a pool and sun terrace. 

Fertile plains around Mabilao support agriculture, especially corn, and the region is known for products like carabao milk, duhat wine, nipa hut roofing, and tuba, while the community also has local landmarks including an OPVET Quarantine Checkpoint and a Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
