Malalison Island, also known as Mararison Island, is a small 55-hectare tropical paradise and barangay in Culasi, Antique province on Panay Island in the Philippines' Western Visayas region, located 2.45 km offshore with white-sand beaches, crystal-clear turquoise waters, coral reefs teeming with marine life, and Batanes-like hills topped by Tuyong-tuyong at 83 meters elevation.
