Manamoc is a small island barangay in the municipality of Cuyo, Palawan, in the Philippines, located in the Sulu Sea as part of the Quiniluban group within the Cuyo Archipelago between Palawan and Panay.
The island is nearly circular, about 3.8 kilometers in diameter, with a land area of roughly 516 hectares and a total population of around 2,900 residents according to the 2020 census. It is mostly a quiet, traditional fishing village with a small, compact community, surrounded by coral reefs and rich marine life that support local livelihoods and small‑scale eco‑awareness.
The island is also known for its sandbar and nearby waters that attract some tourists, while remaining relatively remote and off the main tourist circuit compared with larger Philippine beach resorts.
