Manila Bay Beach, commonly called Dolomite Beach, is an artificial urban beach along Manila Bay in Pasay/Manila, Metro Manila, created from 2019 to 2022 as part of the Manila Bay rehabilitation through beach nourishment with crushed white dolomite pebbles and sand.

The beach runs along Roxas Boulevard next to the Manila Baywalk promenade, which is lined with palm trees and offers picturesque views of the bay, and it has become one of locals’ favorite spots for walking, cycling, and relaxing in the heart of the city. It is open to the public daily except Thursday from 6 a.m. until sunset, draws big sunset crowds for its famous golden-hour views and Instagram-worthy photos, and is known for its refreshing escape vibe despite being a man-made shoreline.

Visitors should expect a concrete-based beach with white dolomite “sand,” nearby food stalls and vendors, and occasional political debates among the crowd, but limited swimming since the waters are not ideal for bathing.
