Mantigue Island, also known as Magsaysay Island, is a small, protected island about 3.5 kilometers off the coast of Camiguin in the Philippines.
It spans roughly 4 hectares and is covered with lush greenery and a beautiful white sandy beach made of powdery coral sand. The island is a marine sanctuary famous for its vibrant coral reefs, diverse marine life including sea turtles, and great snorkeling and diving spots.
Visitors can enjoy swimming in calm turquoise waters, walking through a short forest trail, and relaxing in shaded areas with basic amenities, though overnight stays are not allowed as it is a protected area. Boats from Mahinog take about 20 to 30 minutes to reach the island.
