Museu Municipal de Alcácer do Sal, also known as the Pedro Nunes Municipal Museum, is housed in the former Church of Espírito Santo in Alcácer do Sal, Portugal, and traces the city's history from Neolithic origins through Phoenician, Greek, Roman (Salacia Urbs Imperatoria), Islamic, and medieval periods.

Founded in 1894 with archaeological collections from local donations and excavations like the Iron Age necropolis of Olival do Senhor dos Mártires—featuring imported Greek vases and Roman artifacts—it honors native mathematician Pedro Nunes while displaying pottery, tools, salt production relics, and Christian necropolis finds amid Sado River trade influences.

Renovated and reopened in 2019 after 12 years of closure, with exhibits spanning 3,000 years including wool, cereals, fish amphorae, and Muslim-era fortifications, it offers free entry in its first year and celebrates milestones like its 5th anniversary in 2024 through guided tours and events.
