Odesa Botanical Garden is a historic university botanical garden in Odesa, subordinated to Odesa I.I. Mechnikov National University and divided into two main parts on either side of Frantsuzkyi Boulevard.

Established in the early nineteenth century and later expanded to around 16 hectares, it now holds roughly 3 500 plant taxa in collections that include an arboretum, large palm and greenhouse complexes for tropical and subtropical species, rich displays of regional steppe and Black Sea flora, and sections for medicinal, aromatic and ornamental plants.

Besides conserving endangered and endemic species, the garden serves as an important centre for botanical research, plant introduction and environmental education, while also acting as a green refuge within the city where visitors can walk among themed plantings and experience vegetation from different climates in one place.
