Panganan Island (also spelled Pangan-an) is a small, serene island located east of Mactan Island and adjacent to Olango Island in the Olango Island Group of Cebu, Philippines, part of the Central Visayas region.

The island's name comes from "kan-anan," which means "eating place," reflecting its history as a gathering spot where fishermen from far away would come to fish and eat on the island when its waters were rich in fish. A unique feature of Panganan Island is that during low tide, visitors can walk across a reef flat to reach it from Olango Island, and you can even see tricycle tracks and a waiting shed along the walking path.

The island offers excellent snorkeling opportunities in its clear crystal waters, along with relaxing activities like swimming, climbing coconut trees, playing basketball, and enjoying scenic seascapes that may include distant rainfall and rainbows. The surrounding area includes coconut islets, mangroves, and the nearby Olango Island Wildlife Sanctuary, where you can observe various bird species. Visitors can stay overnight in cottages on the island, making it a peaceful getaway destination about 47 kilometers from Cebu City.
