Polloc Island is a former island that is now a peninsula located in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao on the western coast of Mindanao in the Philippines.

Situated near the locality of Mangahan and the town of Parang, Polloc is home to Polloc Port, which is the largest port facility on Mindanao island and handles significant bulk, breakbulk, and containerized cargo. The port is strategically sheltered by Bongo Island and sits approximately 16 kilometers north of Cotabato City, making it a major maritime hub for the region.

The peninsula has a latitude of 7.35° north, longitude of 124.22° east, and an elevation of 32 meters (105 feet). Notable landmarks in the area include Timako Hill, which offers diverse wildlife and stunning vistas, as well as the Kalanganan Bai Walk along the Tamontaka River for sunrise and sunset views. The region also features the Grand Mosque as a prominent architectural landmark and local markets for shopping experiences.
