Pundaguitan is a small coastal barangay in the municipality of Governor Generoso, in the province of Davao Oriental on the island of Mindanao, Philippines, sitting just inland from the Pacific coast near Cape San Agustin.

It is known mainly for Pundaguitan Beach, which forms part of the pink‑sand shoreline in the area, where crushed red coral mixes with white sand to create a soft pink hue along sections of the beach. The community is rural and relatively quiet, with a population of around 2,400–2,500 people, and it serves as a local gateway to coastal activities such as swimming, fishing, and simple seaside relaxation rather than big‑scale resort tourism. 

The surrounding waters are also noted by some divers and small‑tour operators for nearby offshore coral walls suitable for deeper diving, adding an underwater‑adventure side to an otherwise low‑key coastal village setting.
