Quijano Beach, also known locally as Victoria Beach, is a small, relatively secluded stretch of sand on the eastern coast of Cuyo Island in Palawan, Philippines, running along the Sulu Sea.

The beach is about 400 meters long, with fine golden sand that can feel slightly coarse and a backdrop of green hills and the island’s highest peak, Mount Bombon, offering striking sunrise views over the sea and nearby islets. It is particularly known as a quiet, low‑crowd kitesurfing and windsurfing spot during the northeast monsoon season, with a reef‑protected, shallow lagoon and steady onshore winds that also suit paddle‑boarding and outrigger‑boat trips, plus a small man‑made “rice‑cake island” marking a fish sanctuary popular for snorkeling in calm months.

The beach is mainly used by guests of the nearby Anino Kite Resort but can be visited by others for a small entrance fee, making it a peaceful, sport‑oriented alternative to busier Philippine beach resorts.
