Rathlannan Castle, also known as Rathlannon Castle, is a medieval tower house located on the grounds of the Johnstown Castle Estate in County Wexford, Ireland.

It is associated with the Norman Esmonde family, who settled in the region after the Anglo-Norman invasion of Ireland and held significant lands in the area for centuries. The castle is a rectangular stone tower house, probably dating from the 15th century, although the site has earlier family connections. It was built with strong defensive features, including a fortified entrance, a murder hole, and a machicolation that allowed defenders to protect the doorway from above.

The walls and crenellations remain largely intact, giving a good impression of its original appearance. Over time, the interior was extensively altered and adapted for more peaceful use, reflecting the changing role of castles in Irish society. Today, Rathlannan Castle survives as an important historic monument within the Johnstown Castle Estate, offering a glimpse into the medieval history of County Wexford and the legacy of the Esmonde family.
