Seapoint, also historically known as Seapoint or Templehill, is a small coastal area between Blackrock and Monkstown on Dublin’s southside in the Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown area of County Dublin, Ireland.

It is best known for its small, award‑winning beach beside the seafront, which has received both International Blue Flag and national Green Flag status for its clean water and well‑maintained shoreline. The beach and promenade sit near Seapoint DART station and are dominated by a distinctive Martello tower that now overlooks the bay, giving the spot a mix of local residential charm and historic interest.

The locality’s older name, Templehill, comes from the nearby townland of Seapoint or Temple Hill, once associated with a medieval castle and later a large estate, though today the area is largely covered by modern housing and commuter infrastructure rather than visible ruins.
