Shahbulag Castle is an 18th-century fortress near Aghdam in Azerbaijan, built by Panah Ali Khan, the founder of the Karabakh Khanate. It was constructed as a fortified residence and small administrative center, with walls, towers, a mosque, baths, houses, and market buildings. The castle is also closely linked to the nearby archaeological site of Tigranakert, where a small museum once displayed finds from excavations.
