Shahgai Fort, also known as Shagai Fort, is a red-brick British-built military fort located about 13 kilometers from Jamrud in the Khyber District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.

It was constructed in 1927 by British forces to oversee and help control the Khyber Pass, a vital mountain route between Pakistan and Afghanistan, and it sits at an elevation of around 847 meters on a commanding spur near the middle of the pass. After the British left, the fort became the headquarters of the Khyber Rifles, the traditional guardians of the Khyber Pass, and today it is manned by Pakistani military and paramilitary troops, mainly from the Frontier Force and Frontier Corps, serving as an important base in the tribal zone close to the border.

Its strategic position has made it a key site for security and diplomacy, with trilateral flag meetings between Pakistan, NATO, and Afghan military officials historically held at the fort, and it remains a recognizable landmark on the road through the narrow, rocky gorge of the Khyber Pass. The fort is visible from the main road and can be approached by road from Jamrud and Peshawar, with the nearest major towns connected via the M-1 motorway and National Highway, though access is generally restricted due to its active military use.
