Sibay Island is a picturesque tropical islet in the remote Caluya municipality of Antique province, Western Visayas, Philippines, rising 48 meters above sea level with white sand beaches along the Tablas Strait, about 70 km south of Occidental Mindoro amid the Sulu Sea.

Home to a small barangay community of around 1,000 residents centered on fishing and coconut plantations like those in Bacong, it preserves local history through sites such as the Janairo Heritage House linking to the Aguinaldo family and ancient settlements from early arrivals like Laking Landos.

Reachable by boat from Caluya Island docking directly on beaches without a wharf, the island offers serene mangroves with wild monkeys, cliff viewpoints of Panay, Boracay, and Mindoro, and abundant seafood, providing an uncrowded escape in the historic Polo Pandan archipelago once used by Moro pirates.
