Noda Castle, located in what is now Shinshiro City in Aichi Prefecture, Japan, was built in 1508 by Suganuma Sadanori as a fortified residence for the Suganuma clan, vassals of the Okudaira clan. The castle witnessed multiple conflicts during the Sengoku period, including capture by the Imagawa clan in 1560 and subsequent recovery by the Suganuma in 1562 after a night attack.

In 1571, the Takeda clan briefly seized it, but abandoned it later, allowing the defenders to reinforce it heavily.

In 1573, Takeda Shingen laid siege to the castle with 30,000 troops against just 500 defenders led by Suganuma Sadamichi. By draining the moat, Takeda forced the defenders to surrender, but he was wounded during the siege and died shortly thereafter. The castle was abandoned around 1590 when Tokugawa Ieyasu relocated to Edo Castle. Today, the site is largely forested with only a stone marker commemorating the location.
