Solastranden, or Sola Beach, is a 2.3 km long sandy beach in the municipality of Sola, on the Jæren coast in Rogaland, Norway, located just about 2 km from Stavanger Airport, Sola and 15 km from the city of Stavanger.

It is a shallow, family‑friendly beach popular for swimming and sunbathing in summer, while its open, windy conditions also make it a favourite spot for windsurfing, kiting, and surfing all year round. The beach is part of the larger Jærstrendene coastal area and lies within a landscape‑protected zone rich in birdlife, so there are seasonal restrictions on certain activities to protect nesting birds.

At the northern end of Solastranden you find the Sola Strand Hotel and the Sola Golf Club, and the beach connects nicely with a longer coastal walk southward toward Vigdel, offering both relaxation and outdoor activity right on the edge of the North Sea.
