South Gigante Island (Gigantes Sur) is one of the largest islands in the Gigantes Islands group, located in the municipality of Carles, Iloilo, in the Philippines' Visayan Sea.

The island is part of a stunning archipelago known for its crystal-clear blue waters, powdery white-sand beaches, dramatic limestone cliffs, and unique rock formations. Gigantes Sur is particularly recognized as an excellent spot for enjoying fresh seafood, which is commonly served locally by the community.

The wider Gigantes Islands feature notable attractions like the Tangke Saltwater Lagoon hidden behind steep cliffs, the famous Cabugay Gamay "selfie island" with its iconic sandbar, and Bantigue Island's long crystalline sandbar.
