Space-World Station in Kitakyushu, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan, is a JR Kyushu railway station on the Kagoshima Main Line, opened in 1999 and named after the nearby Space World theme park that closed in 2017.
Located in Yahatahigashi-ku with two elevated island platforms serving four tracks, it features a modern brick and steel design inspired by the historic Higashida blast furnace, remains staffed, and sees about 1,700 daily passengers connecting to local trains toward Mojikō, Kokura, or Yatsushiro.
Now surrounded by shopping like Kitakyushu Outlets and Aeon Mall instead of rides, it offers convenient access to urban amenities near the former park site.
