Stockholm City Hall (Stadshuset) is one of the most famous landmarks in Stockholm, Sweden.

Completed in 1923 and designed by architect Ragnar Östberg, the striking red-brick building stands on the waterfront of Kungsholmen and is known for its distinctive 106-meter tower topped with the symbol of Sweden's Three Crowns. The building serves as the seat of Stockholm’s municipal government, but it is best known internationally as the venue for the annual Nobel Prize Banquet.

After the Nobel Prize award ceremony, laureates and guests gather in the famous Blue Hall, while celebrations continue in the magnificent Golden Hall, which is decorated with millions of gold mosaic tiles. Today, Stockholm City Hall is one of Sweden’s most visited attractions, admired for its impressive architecture, richly decorated interiors, historical significance, and panoramic views over the city and Lake Mälaren.
