Tennoji Park in Osaka, first opened in 1909, is one of the city's oldest and most vibrant green spaces covering 28.2 hectares.

It includes the historic Keitakuen Garden, which was once the Sumitomo family estate, the ancient burial mound Chausuyama Tumulus, Tennoji Zoo—Japan's third oldest zoo—and the Osaka City Museum of Fine Arts. The park underwent significant refurbishment after the 1987 Tennoji Exposition and now features landscaped lawns, colorful flower beds, a water park, a rose arch, and a greenhouse, along with a multi-image theater that enhances the visitor experience.

It hosts seasonal events like bonsai and chrysanthemum exhibitions and is popular for its Christmas tree displays in winter. The park is family-friendly with open lawns, and because of its central location near major transportation hubs, it's easily accessible.
