Tolongapo Beach (also called Tolong-Gapo Beach) is a peaceful, family-friendly beach located in Barangay Caricaran in Sorsogon City, Bicol Region, Philippines, about 15 minutes from Sorsogon City.

The beach features fine white sand and usually calm, placid blue waters that are not exposed to the open sea, making it ideal for relaxing swims with manageable currents, especially for those who aren't strong swimmers. It is lined with palm trees swaying in the breeze and offers a scenic shoreline perfect for leisurely walks, sunbathing, picnicking, and enjoying the fresh, cool sea breeze.

The beach has cottages available for rent, nearby stores and eateries serving the freshest seafood, and several beach resorts that offer day cottages or overnight accommodation for visitors. Local legends say the beach got its name from three curiously-shaped rock formations that locals believe were once a cat, a boy, and a carabao (or a fairy or mermaid) turned into rocks by lightning.
