Tondaligan Blue Beach is a popular public beach in Dagupan City, Pangasinan, in the western part of Luzon, Philippines, along the shores of the Lingayen Gulf.

The beach is known for its long stretch of fine sand, clear water, and line of rentable cottages and huts that make it a common family picnic and beach‑outing spot rather than a quiet resort‑style getaway. It sits inside the larger 72‑hectare Tondaligan People’s Park, which includes a baywalk, playgrounds, food stalls, and simple restaurants serving local seafood and the famous Bonuan bangus.

The area is well‑maintained, with lifeguards, toilets, and parking, and it often becomes lively during holidays and the city’s annual Pista’y Dayat (Sea Festival), when people gather for swimming, sunset‑watching, and casual water activities without overnight stays.
