Twin Island South, also known as San Pablo Island, is one of the famed modest twin islands located off the coast of Hinunangan in Southern Leyte, Philippines.

Along with its neighboring island San Pedro (locally called Pong Dako), it forms a pair of islands that visitors can explore. To reach Twin Island South, travelers typically rent a van or drive for about 3–4 hours to Hinunangan, then take a pumpboat that can carry 15 people for around 1,500 pesos round trip. The island features crystal-clear water that is exceptionally transparent, though it does not have great sand.

Visitors can camp overnight on the island with tents and hammocks, rent cottages for around 300–800 pesos, or stay at nearby tocmo resort for room accommodations. The local communities of San Pedro and San Pablo are very accommodating and kind, and travelers can buy fresh fish from local fishermen. Since supplies are limited on the island, visitors are advised to bring their own food, toiletries, drinking water, and other essentials, though comfort rooms with water are available.
