Alibaug Beach, also known locally as Alibag Beach, is a popular seaside stretch in the coastal town of Alibaug in Maharashtra’s Raigad district, about 90–100 km south of Mumbai along the Arabian Sea.

It runs roughly 1–2 km with soft, clean sand, calm shallow water suitable for wading and gentle swimming, and a backdrop of the historic Kolaba (Alibaug) Fort visible offshore at low tide. The beach is a favourite weekend getaway for Mumbaikars and Pune residents, offering water sports like parasailing, jet‑skiing, sea‑safari, and fun rides such as horse, camel, and bullock‑cart trips along the shore.

Simple street‑food stalls, coconut‑water vendors, and small shacks line the roadside, creating a lively, family‑friendly atmosphere, especially at sunset when the sea and skyline glow in warm orange hues.
