Ambaji Durga, near the village of Vaddahalli in Karnataka, India, is a historic hill with religious and cultural importance located close to Chintamani.

The site features the ruins of the Ambaji Durga Fort, originally built by Maratha rulers and later associated with Tipu Sultan and the British. Along the hill are two prominent temples: the Durga Temple situated midway and an Anjaneya (Hanuman) Temple at the top, which houses a 32-foot-high granite idol of Lord Hanuman.

The hill and its temples hold a blend of cultural influences including Kannada, Telugu, and Maratha heritage due to its location near the Andhra Pradesh border and its historical significance. The trekking route up offers scenic views of the surrounding Deccan forests and nearby Nandi Hills and is suitable for all ages, making it both a spiritual pilgrimage and a nature trek.

The temple architecture mainly follows the Shikhara style, and the site is enriched with ancient scriptures, idols, and fort ruins, symbolizing its longstanding religious and historical value.
