The Baker Arboretum & Downing Museum in Bowling Green, Kentucky, was founded in 1992 by Jerry Baker on nearly 115 acres of rolling hills near the city.

The arboretum showcases an extensive collection of trees and plants including dogwoods, magnolias, conifers, and over 160 Japanese maples, offering year-round beauty from spring blooms to fall colors and winter evergreens. The adjoining Downing Museum features a significant permanent collection of artwork by the prominent Kentucky artist Joe Downing, known for his vibrant, textured paintings, as well as rotating exhibits from regional and international artists.
