Bank Hall, a Grade II* listed Jacobean mansion in Bretherton near Leyland, Lancashire, England, was built in 1608 by the Banastre family on the site of an older house, featuring a rectangular plan with a central grand hall, Dutch gables, and a prominent 60-foot clock tower added between 1660 and 1665 containing an original oak staircase.

Architect George Webster extensively remodelled it in 1832-33, adding a west wing, Italianate bay windows, a north porch, and stone details in a sympathetic Jacobean style, while the estate passed through families like the Legh Kecks and Lilfords, serving as a WWII Royal Engineers base before falling into decay.

Surrounded by parkland with a walled garden, greenhouse, ha-ha, and cricket field, the derelict hall now awaits restoration efforts by groups like the Friends of Bank Hall to preserve its architecture, interiors like the high-ceilinged drawing room, and historical features amid ongoing structural challenges.​
