Baruel Mansion (Portuguese: Palacete Baruel) is a 19th-century historic mansion built in the Norman style, located in Alto de Santana in the northern area of São Paulo, Brazil.

The mansion was the headquarters of the Baruel estate, a farm where rice, beans, corn, and sugarcane were grown with slave labor, and was constructed in 1879 by Francisco Nicolau Baruel, a pharmacist and wealthy businessman who became a municipal councilor. Despite its grand appearance, the mansion has never been inhabited as a private residence.

Over the years, the building served various purposes: it was briefly designated as the summer palace of the state government in 1928 (though the acquisition was canceled because the government lacked the funds), later became an orphanage directed by Pérola Byington, and currently operates as a physiotherapy clinic.

The mansion is also known locally as "Castelinho" (Little Castle) and was officially protected as a historic site in March 2018 by São Paulo's Municipal Council for Preservation of Historical, Cultural, and Environmental Heritage (Conpresp). The nearby estate included the house of Dona Maria, Mr. Baruel's daughter, built in 1925, which now houses the Narbal Fontes Library—a public library with approximately 31,000 books and cultural events.
