Borde Hill is a large historic estate and garden located about 1.5 miles north of Haywards Heath in West Sussex, within the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

At its heart stands a Grade II‑listed Elizabethan house surrounded by a 383‑acre parkland and woodland landscape, with the formal garden itself listed by English Heritage at Grade II* for its historic and horticultural importance. The site is known for its “living garden rooms,” each planted in a different style, and for one of the country’s finest private collections of rare and exotic trees, shrubs, and plants, including many champion specimens originally brought from Asia and the Americas in the early 20th century.
