The Botanical Garden in Łódź (Ogród Botaniczny w Łodzi) is one of Poland's largest botanical gardens, covering about 67 hectares in the western Polesie district of Łódź next to Józef Piłsudski Park ("Na Zdrowiu") and the nearby City ZOO.

Construction began in September 1947 on the initiative of Professor Jan Mushinsky, starting with a 1.3-hectare medicinal plant plantation, and a new modern garden was built from 1967 according to engineer Henryk Tomaszewski's project, with the first 20-hectare section opened to the public on July 19, 1973.

The garden now houses over 3,400–3,500 species and varieties of ground plants plus around 2,000 taxa of greenhouse plants, distributed across nine thematic sections: an arboretum, Polish flora section, medicinal and industrial plants, park green area, Japanese garden, alpine garden (rock garden), herbaceous plant systematics, plant biology and morphology, and ornamental plants collection.

It features 18 water bodies, 12 artificial hills, historic greenhouses including the Palm House, and serves as part of a 250-hectare "green lung" for the city together with the adjacent park and nature reserve.
