Burg Lobenhausen is the remains of a medieval hilltop castle located in the village of Lobenhausen, part of Kirchberg an der Jagst in Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

The castle was built by the Counts of Lobenhausen in the Middle Ages and occupied a naturally strong position on a ridge above the Jagst Valley. Over the centuries, the fortress passed through the hands of several noble families, including the Lords of Hohenlohe. It suffered damage during the German Peasants’ War in 1525 and was again plundered and partly destroyed during the Thirty Years’ War in 1645.

By the 18th century, the castle had fallen into ruin. Today, only small sections of the ring wall remain, some incorporated into later buildings. The most notable surviving structure is the historic St. John’s Chapel, which was once part of the castle complex and stands as a reminder of the site’s long medieval history.
