Burg Rabeneck is a medieval aristocratic castle ruin located high above the Wiesent River valley near Waischenfeld in Upper Franconia, Bavaria, Germany.

Built before 1200 by a branch of the Rabenstein family as an allodial castle, it became the namesake for a cadet line of the family known as the Lords of Rabeneck. The castle was destroyed during the Peasants' War in 1525 when rebellious peasants captured and burned it, then rebuilt between 1525 and 1535. By the early 17th century it was already described as dilapidated, and the Rabensteins sold it to the Bishopric of Bamberg in 1620 for 36,000 guilders.

The castle remained in the possession of the Aschhausen family until 1682 and was later sold to its current owner, Norman Schiller, in 1975. Today visitors can tour the castle and arrange overnight stays or festivals, and it stands in the Franconian Switzerland region near the ruins of Waischenfeld Castle and Rabenstein Castle.
