Burg Rotwasserstelz, also known regionally as Schloss Rötteln or Burg Kaiserstuhl, is a medieval fortress built on a 343‑meter‑high Malm limestone rock formation at the northern end of the Rhine crossing near the village of Hohentengen am Hochrhein in Waldshut district, Baden‑Württemberg, Germany.

The castle was constructed in the 12th century, likely by the Freiherren von Kaiserstuhl, and served as a strategic control point for the river crossing and surrounding area, later becoming a seat for the High Bailiff of the Kaiserstuhl region under the Bishopric of Constance.

Today the complex is a private residence, with the old tower and surrounding buildings remodelled into a lived‑in but still visually striking hilltop manor; visitors can walk along the riverside and viewing paths to see the castle from the outside and enjoy views across the Rhine toward the Swiss town of Kaiserstuhl.
