Burg Schaubeck is a well-preserved medieval castle located between Steinheim an der Murr and Kleinbottwar in Baden-Württemberg.

First mentioned in 1272, it was originally built as a fortified hilltop castle and later expanded into a stately residence while retaining much of its defensive character. Over the centuries, the castle passed through several noble families and was transformed with Renaissance and Baroque architectural elements.

Its distinctive façades, inner courtyard, and historic stair tower reflect the many stages of its development. Today, Burg Schaubeck remains privately owned by the Adelmann family and serves as the home of the renowned Graf Adelmann winery. Surrounded by vineyards, it is an important cultural landmark that combines centuries of history with a long tradition of wine production.
