Burgruine Adelburg is the remains of a medieval hilltop castle located on the wooded Kellerberg near Seubersdorf in Bavaria.

The castle was built in the second half of the 12th century by the Lords of Adelburg and was first recorded in historical documents around 1180. Its elevated position made it an important defensive stronghold overlooking the surrounding region.

After the Adelburg family died out in the 13th century, the castle passed through the hands of several noble families, including the Lords of Parsberg. Repeated conflicts and feuds damaged the fortress over the centuries, and by the late 16th century it had been abandoned and was never rebuilt.
